The hook-and-loop closure method works in tandem with the one-piece leather upper (synthetically lined) and an unlined insole helps to prevent stretch while also allowing for a customised fit. The Drago LV is a slimmer, lower volume version of the Scarpa Drago. It's a super-sensitive, aggressively down-turned high performance shoe designed for steep and hard bouldering and sport climbing. Careful tuning over many prototypes has shaved the optimum volume from the original last with much focus on the mid foot and heel sculpting. An extended size range allows this exceptional fit to be enjoyed by a wider audience. A PCB (Power Connection Band) tension system is combined with the SRT wrap in super soft M50 rubber, helping to direct power to the tips of the toes.

Moderately stiff out of the box, the Anasazi Velcro UP Rise VCS performs on a wide range of angles and hold types, with a special rubber compound that offers just the right balance of stickiness and durability/edging ability. As the shoe softens it becomes an excellent smearing shoe too. This is the LV version and has a fairly slim low-volume fit.
