The Scarpa Manta is one of the most popular mountaineering boots of all time in the UK, and over 30 years has now evolved into it's current (7th) iteration - the Manta Tech GTX. It's warmer than before thanks to the addition of a Gore-Tex Insulated Comfort liner. Lines have been cleaned on the upper, reducing stitching and materials, whilst maintaining a perfect flexation/support balance in the cuff area. The use of a larger heel pull tab facilitates easier access in and out of the boot, especially with a cold or gloved hand. The use of the partial TPU rand has helped reduce some weight, alongside the new lace hardware.
An excellent choice for classic mountainerering routes or winter hillwalking.

The incredibly lightweight Ribelle Lite HD from Scarpa bridges the gap between a trekking boot and a mountaineering boot. It will handle walking, scrambling, climbing and via ferrata, or strap on a crampon for glacier crossing and a bit of snowy climbing. The ARG last focuses the foot in a toe central position for precision while climbing, but it's still comfy for all day trekking. The sock fit tongue gusset made of Schoeller fabric reduces bulk and weight and holds your foot securely. A Hyper-Dry membrane provides reliable waterproofing, with a new Cocona fabric for greater comfort.
