After you've wrestled it on, sticky silicone elastic grip bands help to keep it in place on your thigh, although if it starts to bag out like the aforementioned "Wizard's Sleeve" you may need to add some duct tape for a really solid fit. Soft spandex material provides comfort at the back of the knee area, and allows you to fully flex your leg into those tight little knee jams.
