Coast XP11R Rechargeable Dual Power LED Torch

The Coast XP11R can output of 1000 lumens on the highest constant setting, with a powerful momentary 40 second turbo output of 2100 lumens.

The dual power system uses the included Coast 'Zithion-X' customised ZX1000 USB rechargeable lithium-ion battery which is more economical in the long run, or you can back it up with three non-rechargeable AAA alkaline batteries inside the included battery carrier that can be swapped out with the Zithion-X battery.

While you're shining on with your back up batteries, the Zithion-X can be recharged outside the torch, via a USB Type C port built into the top of the battery. A USB-C to split USB-C/USB-A cable is included, or you can use a suitable mains/car charger (not included). The battery can also be charged inside the torch through the hidden Pro-Tek charging port built into the tail, which is revealed by twisting just the top section of the tail cap above the red line. When you want to swap out the batteries the tail cap unscrews fully below the red line design. While charging is in progress an LED indicator glows red, either on the battery or next to the torch charging port, and turns green once charging is complete.

A single press of the tactical tail switch cycles through the three brightness levels in the order of mid, high, low and off with each press. The mid output will always be accessed first to give a good initial output that is not too bright or too low. Turbo output can be accessed by holding the button for two seconds in any state and will stay on for 40 seconds before reverting back to the previous output. If you use the torch in any mode for longer than 5 seconds, the next press will turn the light off thanks to Coast's easy off technology.

A battery status LED indicator is built into the switch and will illuminate when the torch is turned on to show remaining battery power at the current level. Green indicates that the battery is fully charged, red indicates that the battery needs charging and flashing red indicates the battery is nearly drained and needs to be charged immediately.

Coast's Pure Beam Focusing Optic System can be focused between the bulls-eye spot beam with a range of up to 220 metres, and the ultra view flood beam that gives a consistent circle of light with no dark circles in the middle. Changing between spot to flood is achieved by firstly ensuring the head is unlocked, by twisting it to the right and the head can then slide backwards and forwards. Once the desired focus is reached the head can be locked again by twisting to the left.

The XP11R is dust and water resistant to IP54 standards, making it perfect for a variety of outdoor activities.
