Buying Tips/Advice
Our bootfitters try their best but they are only human! Here are a few tips to help us help you.
- Take your time. Choose a day when you won't be rushed. It can take several hours and even several visits to get the job done properly.
- Avoid busy periods. Our fitters will be able to spend longer with you if you can visit during quieter times (midweek, outside holiday periods etc).
- Bring anything useful. Please bring along anything you may find useful such as old boots you want to replace, or any favourite socks or footbeds.
- Take a hike. The best time to try on footwear is after a short walk, when your feet will be properly warmed and stretched. However trying on boots when your feet are already sore from a tough 30 miles is not a good idea.
