Returns Policy:

Here at Outside.co.uk we want you to be completely satisfied every time you use our site. Despite this we realise you may occasionally want to return items to us.

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations if you change your mind about a purchase you have the right to cancel the order and return any item(s) within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the date on which the item was delivered. This applies to all purchases from our online store. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item(s) to the address below, please include the original packaging and labels.

To return an item to us please fill in this returns form, pack it securely including your Outside receipt, attach the address label provided and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use an insured delivery service as you are responsible for the item until we have received it. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of return postage unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is found to be faulty.

If any item purchased from outside.co.uk develops a fault after the initial 7 days please return the item to us for inspection following the above returns procedure clearly noting the nature of the fault.
