We accept payment by MasterCard, Maestro and Visa/Visa Delta. Your account will not be debited until your order is being dispatched.
Prices on the site include VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to amend these prices or withdraw items without prior notice, should this affect your order you will be notified at, or shortly after the time you place your order. The issuing of an automated order reference number does not constitute a contract.
Credit Card Security
For your protection your transaction will be secured using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that any data you enter will be encrypted before transmission over the internet (You can verify the secure nature of our site by looking out for the "Padlock" icon in the status bar of your browser when you reach the "Enter Your Payment Details" [final] stage of the ordering process).
VAT Charges
All orders will incur VAT* if applicable unless the order has come from within the EC and the customer is VAT registered and has supplied a VAT number.
*Except Jersey, Guernsey Alderney & Sark which are VAT Exempt and all orders from outside the EC.
Gift Vouchers
We don't currently have an automated system for redeeming gift vouchers online.
If you want to order online using gift vouchers you need to add items to your basket as normal and proceed to the checkout. In the notes section on the delivery details page type "Posting Gift Voucher of Value £XXX.XX" then enter your card details on the following page. The full amount will be shown but this will not be debited, we will then reserve the item(s) for you.
Please post the gift voucher back to us at: Outside Ltd, Main Road, Hathersage, Hope Valley, Derbyshire, S32 1DP.
As soon as we have the voucher we will dispatch the goods and charge your card if there is an outstanding amount to be paid.
