GO~BAR's contain less than 2g of fat per big 65g bar and will give your body a healthier choice that really is a break from the norm. Never has healthy food tasted so good yet been packed with so much carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals. Approximately 15% of the calories are derived from protein and over 70% from carbohydrate. Carbohydrate is delivered from several sources including oats, rice, corn and real fruit to provide a consistent energy release, the oats also provide a good source of soluble fibre.

The bar is fortified with vitamins and minerals to be in balance with its energy content. The apple and blackcurrant flavored bar has over 80% of the calories from carbohydrate whilst the chocolate orange flavored bar has added MCT's (medium chain triglycerides) from coconut oil. The MCT's provide an extra, easily used energy source for those ultra endurance athletes.
