Torque Nuts

DMM have taken the traditional hex and refined it in several key ways with the Torque Nuts. Just four sizes now cover a very large size range. This is achieved with the new shape and width of all the nuts allowing more placement options than traditional hexes. DMM have also protected the ware point of slings on the top of the hex by introducing a countersunk groove that the 6mm dyneema sling can sit in. The sling itself is a considerable improvement on traditional designs of hex. In line with all their cams which have extendable slings the Torque nuts from DMM can also be extended. The slings almost double their length, significantly reducing the problem of lifting, drag and the need to carry more quick draws. The Torque Nuts offer massive improvements on a classic piece of climbing hardware.
