Nitro Shock Absorber

The Nitro is a shock absorbing quickdraw for use when climbing rock or ice. Most often used Scottish Winter climbing where it is frequently desirable to reduce the impact of a fall onto dubious ice protection. As the quickdraw is loaded the concertinaed stitching tears and in doing so reduces the impact force on any protection. Also useful for rock gear where confidence in placements is low.
