All orders placed before 12 noon on the 19th December should be received before Christmas. We will continue to post out orders up until the 21st however we can't guarantee that they will reach you in time.
Our Next day delivery service will not be available between the 21st and the 2nd of January and all orders received during this period will not be despatched until the week beginning 2nd of January.
Christmas Present Returns Policy
Our current returns policy will be extended to cover the Christmas period. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return any item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, after that period we will still accept returns for an exchange (not a refund and not a store credit) up until the 12th of January 2008.
