The annual Crag Clean Up 8th Sep 2018
The annual Crag Clean Up took place in September - a chance for us all to go out and give our crags, hills and woods a spring clean (yeah alright, we know it's autumn already)!
This year we're teamed up with the BMC and Patagonia, who are laid on a barbecue and some raffle prizes. As always we keep it nice and simple - come and grab some binbags from the Outside shop in the morning, head out climbing or walking or whatever you like to do and while you're out pick up as much rubbish as you can.
The Peak District receives over 10 million visitors a year, and not all of them are as conscientious as you. Factor in the close proximity of some big cities and it's not really surprising that rubbish starts to accumulate.
